Candy company Mars has introduced a limited-edition M&Ms, that bear Bored Ape Yacht Club NFT artwork.

The agreement is between Mars and the 10:22 PM label of Universal Music Group, which acquired the Ape NFT photos from a renowned collector.

“Consumers’ expectations for what they want from their favorite brands [have] shifted, and at Mars, we know we need to be more innovative than ever with such a culturally famous brand like M&M’s,” says Mars Wrigley Global Vice President Jane Hwang.

The Bored Ape and Kingship logos are included on each piece of Mars’ NFT-Inspired M&Ms, which were only produced in small quantities.

The exclusive NFT sweets in gift boxes and jars will only be sold in a total of 10,000 items, according to the company.

There are no more Gold Gift Boxes available.

The M&M’s Celebratory Gift Box is still available for $59.99 USD.

For $39.99, customers can also purchase the limited-edition M&M’s Kingship gift container.

It is however uncertain whether Mars will reintroduce the limited-edition Kingship M&Ms.

One of the most well-known NFT initiatives in the NFT sector is the Bored Ape Yacht Club.

According to data from CryptoSlam, Yuga Labs’ NFT collection has produced approximately $2.4 billion in secondary trading activity so far.
