1. How are you empowering web3.0 talents in HK and in what ways?

As the world of technology evolves, so does our understanding of Web3.0 and its potential for creating new opportunities in Hong Kong. At Preface, we recognize the importance of empowering Web3 talents in Hong Kong and are committed to providing cutting-edge training programs to individuals and enterprises.

Our AI and blockchain-related courses, workshops, and events cater to both beginners and advanced learners, covering topics such as AI, blockchain development, smart contracts, and decentralised finance (DeFi). 2. What is the Hong Kong’s government’s policy towards Web3? Are they supportive?

In Hong Kong, there is a great opportunity for those interested in exploring and developing their web3 talents. The Hong Kong government has shown support for the development of Web3.0 technologies in the city. In 2020, the government launched the “FinTech 2025” strategy, which aims to strengthen Hong Kong’s position as a leading international fintech hub. This includes promoting the development of blockchain and digital assets. Additionally, there are various funding schemes and initiatives to support fintech and innovation.

The combined efforts should give Web3 developers based out of HK more options when it comes down to finding employment or seeking funding sources outside their immediate area thus increasing their chances at succeeding within the industry even further.

3. How will China and the Greater Bay Area help develop HK as a web3 hub?

China’s Greater Bay Area initiative, which includes Hong Kong, aims to promote economic development in the region by creating a cluster of interconnected cities. This presents a unique opportunity for Hong Kong to leverage its existing strengths in finance, technology, and innovation to become a hub for Web3.0 technologies. The initiative is expected to bring together talent, capital, and resources across the region to foster innovation and create new business opportunities.

4.  What is the mission and the end game of Preface?

The mission of Preface is to liberate knowledge and make AI education accessible for all to close the education gap on technology from Hong Kong to the world.
